Yes you to pay all the regestration fees before attending the counselling .They wont allow you to enter the counseing room if you are not having the DD of the fees paid.

According to your rank in SRMJEEE which is 46856 in main campus it ia difficult for you to get cse branch in main campus but you will easily get other branches like ece, eee, mechanical etc.

Sorry to say but with this rank your chances of getting selected in chennai SRM is quite low .You can try but your chances are low. But you can try for other departments like IT . Try for this and wait for the counseling. Best of luck for your future

No you cannot change your counselling date but if you do not come on the specified date then your seat will be occupied by someone else and if you come late then you wont be able to get your desired branch and desired campus.
