Looking at the previous year SRMJEE Cutoff trends and Analytics, you have decent to low chances to get CSE branch in SRM University. in order to get CSE branch (Computer Science and Engineering) in SRM university you must have to get a Rank within 10000 in SRMJEE.

Further, please note that the above prediction is based on the previous year SRMJEE Cutoff which changes every year. The SRMJEE Cutoff is based on different factors like : Previous year Cutoff trends, Difficulty level of the paper, number of aspirants appearing, etc.

does i need PCM for btech biotechnology SRMJEEE 2022. is PCB enough

Sharon Rose Student Expert 2nd May, 2022

Hello,

The education qualification requirement to pursue B.Tech Biotechnology in SRM UNIVERSITY through SRMJEEE is that a candidate must have passed 10+2 with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry or Biology, Physics and Chemistry or Mathematics, Biology and Physics with minimum 50% aggregate in the above mentioned subjects are eligible.

So if you have studied 10+2 with Biology, Physics and Chemistry and scored minimum 50 % aggregate marks in these subjects from a recognised board then you are eligible. It is not necessary to study Mathematics in 10+2 level. You may check the eligibility criteria using the link below

I got SRMjee score rank 14030 can I get cse course in KTR campus

Anurag Khanna 1st May, 2022

Hello Aspirant,

You have very less chances to get CSE specialization in SRM Ktr campus i.e. in main campus which is located in Chennai.

Because as per the analysis of previous year's data, expected closing rank for this year is around 9500-10500 for CSE specialization in SRM Chennai campus.

Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of previous year's cut-off and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.

My rank in SRMJEE is 1940 in phase2 exam 2022.Can I get CSE in the main campus. (ktr)

ayanmukherjee045 1st May, 2022

Hello falguni,

As you have secured 1940 rank in phase 2 and you are aiming for cse in the main campus so let me tell you that you would easily get cse in the main campus as the cut off for this branch generally gets filled upto 11-13k including the specialisation branches.

However various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.

Can I get a CSE or CSE Specialisation or a EEE or ECE. My rank is 17596

Anurag Khanna 1st May, 2022

Hello Aspirant,

If we go through the analysis of previous years cut-off data, then according to your rank in SRMJEEE 2022 you have very less chances for CSE specialization but you have good chances of getting SRM main campus i.e. of Chennai (Ktr) with other branches like :-

  • Electronics and Communication Engineering
  • Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering
  • Genetic Engineering
  • Information Technology
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Mechatronics
  • Nano Technology
  • Software Engineering

And some more......

Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of previous year's cut-off and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.
