I would like to inform you that for SRM University you only have to write " SRMIST,payable at Chennai" and that's it, I guess the bank people aren't aware of this for which they're telling this. Analysing the previous year cutoff, with the rank of 14000, you can get every course in all campus except SMR Chennai. For SRM Chennai, you can get every course except Computer Science Engineering.

In order to get seat for B.E. in CSE at SRM main chennai campus the closing rank was 13000. So it will be difficult to get admission for CSE in main campus but you have good chances to get admission for CSE for other campus through SRMJEEE. You
