Well the marks that you have scored is not sufficient to get a seat through state quota.
Well the cut off for BCE students also do not go that low as you have scored.
I would recommend you to attend the complete counseling and also consider the private

You are not qualified,so you are not elligible for JEE ADVANCE.You won't get seat in any government engineering college with this score under open category.Look for another engineering entrance examination.

There is no second counselling for SRM. If you missed the counselling now you can only get in via Management Quota by paying extra fees, provided there are seats available.

Yes you are eligible to apply for the campus as per your SRMJEE ranks are concerned. With your current stream you can apply for the College,I would suggest you to contact the college regarding admission with your rank and documents.

You rank in jee mains is not enough to get admission in any good college so you should not take admission on basis of this rank .your srmjee rank is also not good so you can not get a good branch .but you can try to get admission
