Firstly make sure to have a strong foundation in the topics of physics,chemistry and mathematics from your NCERT text book of 11th and 12th grade. This should be more than enough to get you a decent score. It you are aiming for a higher rank then go for HC Verma  for physics and RD Sharma for mathematics. Also do high order thinking level questions from NCERT Exemplar.

Congratulations on your score.You have achieved a very decent score but it can be improvised. First of all your board preparations are not enough but it can be the most of it.If you are voraciously preparing for your boards you just need to solve a few previous years papers and try to take some mock tests available online. This much preparation would be enough to let you secure a good percentile in Jee Mains April session.
So prepare hard.

NEET is a National level Common Entrance test to get admission in various Medical and veterinary Colleges in India to pursue MBBS course. Speaking about the Age eligibility criteria , the candidate must be minimum 17 years of age as of Dec 31,2020. You will be 16 years of age at that time. So you are not eligible to apply for NEET 2020 exam.

see most of the colleges dont disclose its semester exam questions on official website or in online. however mgm jawharlal nehru college has digital library system which can be log in by the respective college students with college id. you can search in the digital library , also in college library there should be previous years question available. hope you may understand.
