To take admission in NITs for architecture you can appear in JEE Main paper 2 exam.
To take admission in IITs. You have to appear for JEE Main exam to qualify for JEE Advanced then you have to go for AAT entrance exam.

Which state is yours? I am asking because many states take admissions for B.Arch through NATA. I would advise NATA as the options are wide including the private universities like SRM, VIT etc. This would be if you had no option except to choose one. For instance UPSEE and NATA

It depends on your priorities and what you love. If you love Architecture then give NATA , don't give UPSEE and if not give UPSEE.
