Hello Smart , It solely depend on your way of understanding and preparation.

The online part is bit easy , you can score nearly 40 marks without much preparation , but if you ant to score around 70 or above . You have to give it some time .

Just try to login after some time. Like after 3-4 hours. Sometimes there is cause of error on websites and because of which we cannot access it. So, try to login after few hours.

Yes, you can again wite the exam in 2019 if you appear for 2018 entrance exam.
