The exam conducting body does not entertain any correction once the candidate submit the NATA application form. However in a rare circumstances if the mistake done is major and it requires correction then the authorities may entertain correction on request by candidates through email.

If the application submission process failed, the fee should be automatically refunded to your account. But I would also suggest, you also write to or even call NATA authorities about the issue you are facing.
