You can easily prepare for NATA in few months, provided you are consistent.

Mainly three things are required -

Drawing

Aptitude

Maths

DRAWING

For there are a plently of options on youtube, which can teach you how to draw in perspective.

It depends in which College are you applying. If the college accepts the NATA score and you have cleared the exam, then you will get admission, provided you also meet the eligibility criteria that is laid down by the college. 

Admission to spa vijayawada is based on the jee mains paper 2 score. You have to get the rank below 3000

You don't need to worry about it your application form will not get rejected.

They will only entertained the corrections which they find is compulsory to change.

There is as such no corections in NATA application form.

In rare circumstances where mistakes are really major and need to be rectified immediately, in such cases, authorities might entertain the correction or any discrepancy in the application form on a request by the candidate through e-mail
