if you get below 50th rank there nothing free seat in any of the college ..the free seat is termed as you will have to be paid only the govt fees. and you will be neglected with management fees.

Sorry you can't as the form were available from Jan 18 till March 30 earlier it was march 2 but the date was extended till march 30 as the exam is on april 28 there's nothing you can do now. Better luck next year.
