The cutoff varies year to year so it would be tough to tell you the exact score but try to score more than 120 to get admission in a good college.

Both of the sections are conducted seperately but on the date . Drawing section is paper based however aptitude section is conducted on Computer . You are not allowed to start with the other section on your own.

IIEST takes admission based on JEE main, there is no annoucment related to NATA score in their website. 

Apart from jee MAIN, a student must have any one of the criteria fulfilled :

Yeah there are many universities across India which gives concession on your undergraduate NATA examination fee. So far, the fee structure of these colleges will totally depend upon your performance.
