You should apply for good into private colleges of Architecture with these marks that is 56 in NATA and around 86% in Board exams either on the basis of Board marks or entrance exams for those colleges.

As,scores of NATA have not been declared yet. If you are mentioning last year’s score, they will be normalized this year according to average scoring of this year’s NATA exam. But if we consider 120 in NATA , it comes out to be a good aggregate i.e 72.5%.

You have scored pretty good in NATA, but the thing is most of the college's don't consider score of NATA alone, they release their merit list on the basis of 50% of your 12th score and 50% of your NATA score.

So this is quite difficult to say

If you are not able to get into SPA's and NITs for B.Arch. then there are list of various private institutions which at time's are better than the NITs so according to your rank you can get admitted.

if you are talking about the B. Arch. degree under NATA

there is 50% weightage given to NATA and 50% to the boards paper.

score more than 85-90% in your boards and marks above 115-120 in your NATA and you'll in the safe zone.
