After clearing the 10 + 2 and NATA exam with the valid scores for Bachelor of architecture the candidates are further called for counselling round. The final selection of the candidates are done on the basis of availability of seats and clearing the counselling round.

If you score 85 marks in NATA and 85% in board you can get seat easily in good colleges/universities offering architecture seat.Some of these are :
Merit Marks required - 72.4 for General category
Merit Marks required - 79.3 for General category
Merit Marks required - 70.7 for General category
Merit Marks required - 68.95 for General category
There are less chances as you must score above 110 in NATA to get admission in JJ college of architecture. And your 12th board score must be above 90percent for this college criteria. You can still apply, and you have cchance to get other good college from this marks.

As the marks mentioned by are really good and as you have scored great in your both exams ie, boards as well as entrance exam hence you should definitely try in colleges of your interest because you have positive chance of getting admission but before this you should get your rank using any online rank predictor showing your particular entrance details and than you only have to compare it with the colleges you are interested in and you can easily come to know about your admission.

In 2021 NATA exam has conducted 3 times and 3rd attempt registration had been closed on 22 Aug 2021.
For 3rd Attempt

NATA admission form closed- 22 Aug 2021

If your jee mains paper 2 rank is low then you can try for spot rounds, there is a chance for you to get a seat but not surely.....
If you are very interested in Architecture, you can get admission in a private college....
If you have problems with fees, you can prepare for the exam next year....
Civil Engineering is also a good choice..... it's about construction and planning, you can further specialise in architecture but if you are not interested in it, it will not benefit you at all....
Interior designing is good for those who have interest and idea about it....It also has a good career but interior designing is a matter of inner home setup.....and architecture is a complete different course.
These three choices are good but you have to choose a choice considering your interest and future career .... it's all up to you.
