It is necessary to have a minimum of 50% in mathematics if you want to be eligible for NATA.
The minimum score to finalize a seat for sure according to me would be around 80/200. Try to get more than the minimum marks. The more marks you get the better will be the chances of getting into good college.

To get admission in VIT B Arch you just have to give NATA exam.
The eligibility critera for B Arch in VIT is:
(i) Candidates who have studied in regular, full time and formal education alone are eligible to apply. (ii) 10+2 or equivalent examination of Central/State Govts.
