All the exams have been conducted twice now including jee so the best of two will be choosed so you have done one exam well then there is no necessity for you to give another if you feel you can score more than the previous one give a try

Both the institutes which you have chosen are the best coaching institutes for NATA in Hyderabad. So any of the two  institutes will do. It is better to once visit both the institutes and ask them about strength of each section and ensure there are not more than 50

The applications was supposed to be open in third week of January but the dates are not announced yet. So I suggest you to keep checking them daily. The closing of online application is in the fourth week of February. The tentative date for the exam is 29th
