   Yes you can do B.arch after diploma. You cannot get direct admission, for this you have apply for NATA(National Aptitude Test in Architect) to get admission in colleges which offers Architecture courses. Also remember that not all colleges accept NATA score, so be careful with it. Other option

you must have cleared 12th class

to get seat in good colleges trough NATA you have to clear this exam with good marks and good rank

NATA is the only exam accepted by Ramaiah Institute of Technology for BArch course.Provided that the candidate should also appear and secure a minimum of 40% marks in NATA.(including SC/ ST,Category-1, and OBC Category candidates) conducted by the Council of Architecture. NATA.

There is not as such difference the only admission difference between NATA and jee main paper 2 is by giving jee main paper 2 exam a candidate get nit colleges.

While in NATA we get other architecture college.

As both of these exam are for architecture.
