National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) is a national level undergraduate exam which is conducted by the Council of Architecture (COA) for admission to 5-year B. Arch and B. Planning programmes.

If you want to go to the top colleges for the course of B.Arch in India then you can give the JEE MAINS paper-2 or NATA. Now if you want you can also give both the examination, but JEE MAINS paper-2 isn't necessary to give NATA. So if you want you can give only NATA and can take admission in top architecture colleges.
