i think you are late. correction window was open for 12-15 march. but u can apply for second attempt of Nata. last date of submission of second attempt is june12,2019. and other information u can check careers360 page.
see the last of submission of form is 12 june. but the correction window will be available from 15-17 june. it will be better if you corect your information on that time as its a all india level examination. your candidature may be cancelled if they find anything wrong during

Dear Sudev, First you have to understand to we calculate the NATA score - your board percentage is 72.6 and your nata score is 107.So nata score should be divided by 2 so your score 107/2 = 53.6
53.6+84.6 = 138.2
138.2/2=64.1 Now your final merit score is 64.1
