NATA was online till 2016. In 2017 they made it offline. The official 
question paper has not been released by the authorities. However there 
are plenty of free sample papers available in the market or on the 
internet. So you could check them out.

If you have got the admit card then you may appear in exam because you have to bring your admit card in exam but in time of admission you may have problem.so you should correct your DoB before the admission process or if correction date is not closed
