According to last year trends your score to get government seat in BMS or any top ebgineering colleges in banglore must be around 65-80, for general category, and for OBC NCL this score may be lowered ranging from 50-65.

The aggregate calculation is 50% board’s percentage + 50% of what you scored in NATA. CEPT closes at an aggregate of 145–150 for home state aspirants and anywhere around 155 and above for non-Gujarati candidates.

As you know, THe total marks in National Aptitute Test in Architecture(NATA) are 200.To qualify the Exam you have to score 40% Marks (i.e. 80 out of 200).In which,A minimum of 25% Should be secured in MCQ portion(30 out of 120)and a minimum of 25% should be secured

There is no boundation of 140 marks in NATA, but yes you need 40% marks in NATA exam to clear NATA which is 80 marks in 200. 80 marks is the minimum marks to clear NATA.
The elegibility is calculated with boards marks as well as NATA score.

If you are aiming in the field of architecture then your score might be useful,because the minimum eligibility criteria for getting admission in a college like JJ college of architecture,one should have atleats 50% marks in his 10+2 and should score a minimum of 80 marks
