To calculate the NATA cutoff, your board percentage is added to the half of your NATA score. In this case, 60.8 + (110/2) = 60.8 + 55 = 115.8 

A NATA cutoff of 115.8 out of 200 is a decent score. You can definitely try for a merit

In NATA 2019 regulations, you have to secure at least 50% Marks in physics, chemistry and mathematics and an aggregate of at least 50% marks in board examinations. CUT off scores vary every year based on the NATA aspirants and number of seats available.

Congratulations you scored decent marks in NATA and in Intermediate exams. Yes, there are chances that you will get admission into RV College Bangalore for Architecture based on your marks.

At the same time try applying for admission in other colleges also to be on a safer side.

The aspirants must have passed Class 12 with Mathematics as one of the major subjects.Candidates who have completed a three-year Diploma course after Class 10 can also apply for B.Arch course offered by Anna University.The general category must have 50% in Class 12 in order to seek admission in the

Considering you as general category student as you didnot mention your category and  your home state as Rajathan it is too difficult to get some options for you .But I still find two options that you can go for.Here I am providing you the name of these colleges:
