You scored decent marks in NATA exams. Yes, you can get admission in colleges that comes under Andhra University based on your marks. It is difficult to get admission in JNTU Kakinada based on your NATA marks.

see there are jee main paper 2 exam for barch admission in nits, cftis and planning schools.

yes some of the government colleges take admission through their entrance exam. youcannot get any college for architechture study only on the base of nata score as nata is quilifying exam

When will the counselling at NIA start and I have obtained 110 marks in Nata and 75% in boards will I be able to get a seat in NIA?

Counselling will start when the 2nd attempt completes and after the results they will declare the date for counsellling. for regular updates check the official site.
