Total Nata score is calculated using both the nata score and the class 12th percentage. I think you have got really good marks in nata and if you have a class 12th around 85-95% then you have very high chances of getting JJ College of Architecture.

There is no such notification issued by the respective authority about  the commencement of counselling.

As the result for second paper attempt of NATA is not out. It will come on 21st july so you may hope that it may start after 1week or 10 days of the results
