See, generally cutoffs depends upon various factors and it is not Constant each and every year. It fluctuates.

If you consider previous year intake and total number of students appearing the exam then the possibility of getting seat in Normal quota is quite difficult.

Last year intake was around 5k and total number of students appeared for the exam was around 32K.

You can get a seat in Hyderabad Campus.

But according to previous year's cut-off you may have a good chance to get CSE with the rank mentioned.

Each year KL university contacts KLEEE for engineering admission. It is quite difficult to tell which branch you will get because you haven't means in your category. If you belongs to SC ST category then you may get ECE Or mechanical branch. Otherwise you may get electrical engineering civil engineering biotechnology etc
