these both are NAAC 'A' accrediation institutes and are very similar in rankings. still KLU is ranked AAAA+ whereas SRKR is ranked AAAA only. KLU is also a deemed university affilated to UGC whwreas SRKR is an autonomous college affilated to AICTE. so i will suggest you KLU.
