there is no as such entrance examination for b.com but it varry according to the college. could you please rephrase your part and the college name should be provided so that i can write it elaborately.

With 51k rank in JEE mains, you will get a college under josaa. Moreover under home state quota, you may get a branch of your choice as well. Therefore I think you should go NITs as they are quite reputed in india after IITs. Also they might not give you the best placement and concession like other private colleges are giving but the lifelong certificate you will receive is not lesser than that. Again their fees structure is quite affordable.

The admit card for KLU EEE 2019 has released for Karnataka students on 16 th and 18 th of April 2019 and for the students of other states is also available from 20 th April 2019 ,4 pm onward .you can now  download it from official website of KLU EEE.
