Yes KLEEE is conducted in online mode but you will have to visit the center to appear in it because it is conducted in online mode via CBT mode (Computer Based Test). So it is just similar to that of JEE-Main you will have to visit the allotted center and there you have to appear for test in front of computer and on computer you will be getting your paper, this is what means of online mode here.
KLEEE 2022 application are under process and one can submit his/her application positively by February 23rd 2022 for Phase 2 because for Phase 1 application process is over now and for Phase 3 the dates are yet to be announced. Phase 2 exam of KLEEE 2022 will be conducted on February 26th and 27th in online mode as discussed above.

The exam is conducted both online as well as offline mode but the candidates need to go to the exam centers and give the exam. The Koneru Lakshmaiah Education Foundation has released the KLEEE 2022 application form on its official website - kluniversity.in. The KLEEE 2022 exam dates are also released for phases 1 & 2. Yes , Surly you can get the college because you only need to fulfill the basic eligibility criteria of NEET for Instance for a General category students / Unreserve candidates they only need 50 % of marks in 12th standard.
Talking about SC/ ST / OBC/ reserved PH they only need 40% of marks .
Basically, I wanted to ask that ,your 12th marks not going to create problem in NEET counselling or during admission ,

There is no qualifying score in Koneru Lakshmaiah Engineering Entrance Examination (KLEEE). A candidate scoring non-zero positive score will get to download his/her rank card and the candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria can participate in the counselling and get admission based on the rank, preferences of course and seat availability. As you have secured 19060 rank you can participate in the counselling and may get admission based on your merit, preferences of the course and availability of the seat.
