Yes if you are not attend the first round councelling due some reasons then don't worry about that every college can do multiple rounds of councelling. They are issue dates for the second round councelling if they have some vacant seats or the seats are get left by any student.

Yes, you can admission into Koleru Lakshmaiah University through JEE Mains score or you can also get admission into the same through EAMCET Score which is a state level test or through KLU EEE which is conducted by the university itself
