It is entirely dependent on the NTA and the IIT council.

The COVID was responsible for the relaxation this year. Covid was important in achieving 75% relaxation.

I don't think there will be 75 percent criterion atleast for droppers in 2023..as you know, 75 percent criteria was revoked this

See, the National Testing agency (NTA) and the IITs have collectively decided to scrape the minimum 75% criteria for Joint Entrance Examination Main and Advances for the year 2022. So, if you have 71%, you can give JEE in 2022, but since the circular of 2023 is not yet release,
