As per your JEE Main score, your percentile will be around 93.5 and your CRL rank should be around 57000, and your category rank should be around 15000. This is just for giving you a tentative idea. Most probably your rank will lie somewhere around the above-mentioned data.

As you haven't mentioned your category i would consider you as general category so in this percentile it is not possible to get any of NITs /IIITs . I would suggest you should keep private colleges as a backup.
