Joint Entrance Examination (Main)
HELLO,
With a 95.75% in JEE Main 2025 , General -EWS rank of 9115 and CRL 64274 you have a very good chance of getting CSE at IIIT Pune as its previous closing ranks go beyond your EWS rank. However getting CSE at NIT Nagpur is highly unlikely as its CSE cutoff for general -EWS is usually below 8000.You may still get CSE in some mid or lower tier like NIT Patna , Jalandhar, Agartala, or Hamirpur depending on round and category trends

The registration for JEE Advanced 2025 has already concluded, with the last date being May 2, 2025. Since you haven't registered yet, you won't be eligible to appear for JEE Advanced this year. However, if you're interested in pursuing a B.Arch program, you can consider the Architecture Aptitude Test (AAT), which is conducted after JEE Advanced. The AAT 2025 registration will be from June 2 to June 3, 2025, and the exam will be held on June 5, 2025. AAT is only for candidates who qualify JEE Advanced.

Hello,
Achieving a JEE Mains percentile of 82.7% gives you a reasonable opportunity to gain admission into mid-tier engineering institutions, particularly if you belong to a reserved category (like SC/ST/OBC/EWS) or are going through a state-level counseling system like REAP (Rajasthan), GUJCET (Gujarat), MHT CET (Maharashtra), or JoSAA for NITs.
Although the highest NITs and IIITs might be unattainable with this percentile in the unreserved category, you can still aim for newer or lower-ranked NITs, IIITs, or GFTIs, especially under home state quotas. Furthermore, numerous private institutions such as VIT, SRM, UPES, Manipal, and Chandigarh University admit students with this percentile via their individual entrance or direct admission methods.
Hope this helps. All the best!
with 82.7 percentile in JEE Main, your chances for top NITs or IIITs are low, especially under the general category. however you may get admission in state level engineering colleges or private universities that accept JEEmaiin percentile. consider participating in state counselling like REAP (Rajasthan), GUJCET (gujarat), or applying to deemed/ private universities with your score.

With you are 82.7% tile it is hard to get into any other top institutions like NIT and IIT but you can try for state level engineering colleges and private or deemed university like maharishi University Sagar University Indore Arya group of colleges these listed colleges will all are you with your percentage and you can grab your seat there
HEY THERE!!!
For students in Karnataka seeking integrated Pre-University (PU) and JEE Main/Advanced preparation, several institutions consistently stand out .
with a JEE Main general category rank of 38,860, securing admission to electronics and communication engineering (ECE) in top NITs in south india is challenging. however, you may have a chance in newer or less competitive IIITs such as IIIT Srirangam, IIIT Kottayam, or IIITDM Kancheepuram, where ECE closing ranks have extended beyond 35,000 in recent years. its advisable to participate in all JOSAA counselling rounds and consider spot rounds, as cutoff can vary annually based on seat availability and applicant preferenes.
With 78 percentile (CRL 3.18 lakh) in JEE Main (General category), you can get:
Private Colleges (Good Chances):
Galgotias University (Noida)
GL Bajaj (Greater Noida)
DY Patil College (Pune)
Acharya Institute (Bangalore)
MIT-WPU (Pune, lower branches)
Government Options:
Very low chance in NITs/IIITs
Try CSAB special rounds or spot counselling
Check state quota seats in your home state
Hello Aspirant,
As OCI card holder issued after March 4th, 2021, you cannot be admitted under DASA (Direct Admission of Students Abroad) even if your complete education is in India. According to the updated DASA eligibility requirement, only OCI / PIO candidates who were issued their card before( on or before) March 4th, 2021 will be considered DASA eligible. Because your OCI was issued after this date, you will be considered an Indian national for purposes of admission, and can apply via the JEE Main / JoSAA counseling process instead.
With a 45.9 percentile in JEE Mains 2025, getting into top government colleges is unlikely. However, you can consider:
1. State Government Colleges through state exams (e.g., MHT CET, UPSEE).
2. Newer GFTIs with lower cutoffs in special/spot rounds.
3. Private Colleges that accept JEE scores but may have lower cutoffs.
