Hello Manish,

The year of passing 12th Board not at all matters for JEE exams. Only the percentage of 12th Board must be above 75% with subjects including Physics, Chemistry, Maths and English. If you fulfill this criteria, then you can definitely fill the application form for JEE 2023.
