For the above rank you have very less chance of getting admission for NIT. An obc candidate should score minimum 96+ to get admission in NIT. A rank within 50k is needed for getting any branch. Top branches like cse need 98+ percentile.This is based on previous year

Respected sir/mam, you can not take admission in any IIT in any course on the biases of JEE mains, to get admission in IITs you need to first qualify JEE mains and then appear for JEE advance, your rank in JEE advance will decide which IIT you can get,
With 20k ews category you have very less chance of getting admission in NIT. In nit patna closing rank of ews category is around 7k (civil engineering). In other nit also you have a very less chance of getting admission. But you can get admission in other engineering
