Hope you are doing great. The format of JEE Main (and possibly JEE Advanced) appears to remain the same, with students having the option to respond to any 75 of the 90 questions (25 each in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics) (30 questions each in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics).
There is as such no minimum percentile required for acquiring cse branch in NIT . It actually depends on the quality of candidates appearing for the examination and how well they have scored. If the competition is less then you would get cse branch at lower marks also .
