In my view there is no point in joining IIT considering you as a general category candidate if your rank is 20000 . You may chances to get the lowest branches but as per my view it's better to opt for nits if you have secured a good
For jee mains you can upload the declaration also if you belong to EWS SC or st category but in jee advanced you need to upload the original certificate as till that time you will get your certificate in hand . So, apply it on or after 1st
