Hello Aspirant,
There is no official data about the number of candidates who have appeared for the 2nd January session but you can assume that it is around 80-90k candidates appear every session.
However it can vary each year as the number of candidates registering for these exams sometimes gets
There is as such no official data for the number of applicants who have given jee mains paper 2 but as per my knowledge and the previous year data the number of candidates would be atleast 50k in the both sessions.
So, the competition in the architecture paper
As you are an ISC student let me tell you the 75% criteria means it should be in aggregate including all subjects .
In ISC it is English + best 3 but that does not works for jee mains . It should be in aggregate.
