but u can secure admission in state govt colleges from state couselling like hstes , uptac and many more . there u can get mechnical civil or ece

There is no availabilty of fees waiver, unless you fall under any special category/ex-servicemen etc. Also, the jee mains qualification falls under common factor as many aspirants clear the exam, hence no particular fees reduction as such.
