If you had got 90.67 percentile in Jee mains 2019, then, on the basis of your jee main marks, you cannot get a college of NIT. As NIT had a very high cutoffs, so according to your rank, it's impossible to get an NIT. You can wait for your Advance

If your rank is under 10000 then you are eligible to get admission in IISER and IISC and if you are reserved candidate then your category rank should be under 10000.
