JEE Mains is aaj entrance exam conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA) which is held twice a year in January as well as in April.
You can appear for JEE Mains in consecutive three years when appearing for your 12th which means that you still have 2 years

To qualify for JEE Advance you need to be in top 2,54,000(according to this years' latest data) across all categories. So at this percentile, it is almost impossible to qualify

In the previous years the closing rank for IIST ECE specialization in Avionics, is around 470 - 500 in OBC category. To get this rank you need a score close to 230. So you may not get the course with your course. Hope this helps. Good luck!!!
