JEE Main qualifying cutoff has been declared and qualifying cutoff for JEE Advanced for general Category is 89.7548849. If you belong to general category, you are not eligible to appear for JEE Advanced.

If u would have changed your category from General to General-EWS from 14 april 2019 to 17 april 2019 during category correction window then u will able to qualify for jee advance otherwise not.
Hello aspirant according to your jee mains rank and this year jee mains cut off you are not eligible for jee advance because one of my friends got 24000 ews category and he is not eligible for jee advance them bow it is possible for you to give jee advance.

Dear Aspirant,
To get qualify for the JEE Advanced one needs to get 89 percentile if they belong to the general category and 74 percentile if they belong to OBC category.
