The qualifying cutoff for appearing in JEE Advanced for IIT admissions for SC category is 54.0128155. You can appear for JEE Advanced exam. JEE Advanced 2019 registrations will open on May 3 and will be available till May 9.

According to your percentile in jee mains 2019 ,you are not eligible to give jee advanced 2019 as the cutoff percentile for SC category is 54.01.

With your category rank, we can't assume the rank that you have got.

The eligibility of the JEE advanced is based on the over all percentile that you have got during the all India exam.

The minimum percentile that is required for the your category student is 0.113

You are surely eligible for JEE Advanced. 

The cut off for OBC-NCL is 74.3166557 percentile  which you have crossed.

Therefore start preparing for JEE Advanced.

As per the cut off declared by NTA, you(SC Category Student ) need to have a 54.0128155 percentile to qualify for JEE Advanced.
