JEE Main 2019 qualifying cutoff is 74.3166557 as OBC category. You should meet the cutoff to be eligible for JOSSA cunselling & apply for JEE Advance.

With this rank the chance seems less to get a seat in NITs, IIITs, GFTIs but you can try for the state level counselling. To know your admission possibilities in state level counselling, You can also use JEE Main college predictor tool given below.

According to your score you have below then The cutoff percentile.so You did not ckeared for the JEE advance exam.

First of all congratulations for your progress in Jee exam. As for applying jee advance there is some rules and regulations you have to follow.

Your rank should be in 224000, not more than that. See there is no issue regarding the age. This year jee advance application

You are not elkelligi for JEE ADVANCE 2019.You need at least 74.2 percentile under OBC quota to be an elligible for JEE ADVANCE.You should look for another engineering entrance examination.
