The minimum cut off percentile for obc category is 74 and minimum marks are 45. Your score seems to be much less than this. It is difficult to qualify for jee advance but you may hope for the best. Hope the information helped you.

The cut off for general category is 89.75488. So if you come under the general category , you are not eligible. However if you do not come under the general category , you can surely give the JEE Advanced exam.
