According to me , it's better to choose IIT over ymca. But remember with this rank you may not get top IITs but the certificate you will get from iit after the end of your course will be worthwhile. Also you will get a lot of better opportunities there

Your OBC category certificate will definitely be accepted by the jee advance board, only one condition applies that you should have your certificates updated. I mean to say that it should be be more than 6 months old otherwise it will be rejected by the verfiers.
