See for getting college like NITs , IIITs and GFTIs for pursuing ur higher studies in the field of ur interest under btech courses u should he taking them with ur JEE MINS marks and to take admission in the IITs u should be going for JEE ADVANCED

You are eligible to apply for IIT and there won't be any issue regarding that. The mininum marks required in 12th board for SC category is 65 percent and you are much above that.

See the percentile u have scored is well below the cut off score for the JEE ADVANCED for ONC category so u are not eligible to give the exam. The percentile will also not help u in any way to get seat in the good colleges like NITs

See if u have applied for the caste benefit in the JEE  mains exam then u have to submit that one in the JEE ADVANCED exam as it takes the data from the mains portal. If u want to take admission on the basis of the general category
