it is difficult to say whether you have qualified for jee advanced or not based on gen ews rank.
the cutoff percentile for jee mains in EWS QUOTA IS 78.2174869

You should inform the JEE office about your problem and tell them the exact date of birth. You should contact them through the Email and contact number both provided to you for the assistance. I will suggest you to do this as soon as possible.

JEE mains and advanced are two independent exams that are given for taking the colleges like NIT and IITs respectively. If you didn't qualify in JEE advanced then you can take a seat at a good NIT with this much rank of 14000 in JEE mains.
