The cut-offs percentiles for JEE advanced for general category is 89.75.
I'm sorry since your percentile is less than the cut-off percentile, you will not be able to appear for JEE advanced.

AS you mention above you have only two chances for appearing on with 12th and other chance will be after 12th. if you miss that chance miss you lose your chance and you left only one chance if you are 12th appearing or if you passed out

According to your rank you will get IIT Dhanbad,IIT BHU in mining engineering department .Both the colleges are good in terms of academic,average package, infrastructure.So you can take any of these two colleges.
You can change your branch after first year if you have good cpi in first

Hi ! No you can't get a seat in SRM University only with JEE main marks. Infact they take their own entrance exam named srmjee where you need to have a good rank. Then only you can have admission in SRM University. Or else there is no way. And good

Since you have given only one paper of jee advance then your result will not be prepared as it is compulsory to be present in both the exams
You can contact the chairperson of your respective zonal location regardign this problem
