I am from tamilnadu and I got 89.29 percentile in jee main (obc-ncl) and I qualify for jee advance.If any chances to alottment in NITs sir?

There are very very less chances of getting admission in NITs with state quota too. But you can apply for other colleges with your hee main percentile.

Jee main mark is needed for NIT,IIIT colleges.
You caun't get electrical and electronics engineering, mechanical engineering in national institute of technology tiruchirappalli whereas you can try for civil Engineering at national institute of technology tiruchirappalli but it has so less chances.

Last year cutoff for jee advanced in IIST trivandrum was as follow

General 52.19 ( avionics)

OBC 42.07( avionics)

SC 27.05( avionics)

This marks are based on jee advanced, written test and interview calls.

So you can apply for it.

Yes, definitely you can get civil branch in IIT,Guwahati since the closing rank in general category is 5890.
You can also get CIVIL in

IIT,Hyderabad
IIT,Mandi
IIT,Tirupathi
IIT,Dhanbad

From this percentile you will not get any NITs GFTIs iiits.
You can get admission in private colleges like LPU sharda university galgotia university.

You have actually no chances of getting admission in colleges like IIIT and GFTIs for sure. But, you can however try for admission in private engineering colleges through state counselling.
