To apply for JEE Advanced 2019 exam, the registration has already closed. It was open from 3rd of May, 2019 to 9th of May, 2019. if you belong to Odisha, then the application is open till tomorrow i.e. 14th May, 2019. In that case, please calculate your rank
As per MHRD, 20% reservation is done for females for exam and admission. But it's not same as it may differ that that number of candidats are available or not. So, it not fixed like that.
14% reservation is for Girld in IITs.
