If you mean to say that you have cleared cutoff of JEE Advanced, then yes. Though, if your score is just above the cutoff, I don't think you will get seat in top 5 IITs. But you will get seat in all others.

eligibility criteria for JEE Advance is :-

Have to qualify JEE Main Category - wise and have to come in the range of 2 lakhs odd candidates.

as per you jee rank i dont know why they have given you iiest shibpur but as per my prediction you are elligible for indian institute of technology ,roorkee /indian institute of technology dhanbad .but i can prefer you can try for next counciling level
